Abductor Curl / Low Back

This machine targets the Abdominal muscles on the forward motion and the Lower Back on the backward motion.

 

Abductor / Adductor

This machine targets the inner and outer thighs as well as the Hip Flexors.
   
 

Bicep / Tricep

This machine targets the Biceps on the upward pull and the Triceps on the downward push.
 

Chest Press / Pull

This machine targets the Upper Chest (Clavicular Pectoralis Major),Lower Chest (Sternal Pectoralis Major), Front (Anterior) and Rear (Posterior) Deltoids and Rhomboids, it also the Triceps and Lats (Lattissimus Dorsi).

   
 

Glute Machine

This machine targets the Gluteus Maximus Quadricep, and Hamstring muscles on the push back motion and during the resistance motion of coming forward.

 

Leg Press

This machine targets the Quadriceps Hamstrings and Gluteus Maximus.
   
 

Lift Task

This machine is a multi-task machine, it is primarily used for Dead lifts which use the Hamstins and Lower back. It can be used as :1.Sqaut, 2.Dead lift, 3.Lunges, 4.Chest press pull, 5.Dip shrug, .6.Full body shrug/row, 7.Shoulder shrug, 8.Calf raise.

 

Shoulder Press / Lat Pull

This machine targets the Upper Trapezius, Mid Trapezius, also targetsthe Deltoids, Triceps and Lattissimus Dorsi.
   
 

Squat / Calf Rise

This machine targets the Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps and the Calves.
 

Torso Twist

This machine is designed to target the Internus and Externus Oblique areas,(sides of the abdominals)and Rectus Abdominals. The twisting motion is designed to increase the lateral rotation of the flexion in the spine.

   
 

Double Leg Extension / Curl

The Double Leg Extension/Curl machine works the quadriceps on upward motion and the hamstrings on the downward pull.
 

Upright Row Press

This machine primarily targets the Deltoid Muscle (Shoulder) and the triceps, but it can also be used for the bicep curls, lunges and squats.

   
 

Vertical Fly Press /Upper Back

This machine targets the Pectorals and Front Shoulders (Deltiods) on the inward push. On the outwatd pull it targets the Upper Back Rhomboids, Rear Deltoids and the Back of the Shoulders.
 

Recovery Station

The recovery station is used for recovery between stations, in which the participant maintains a jogging pace with a heart rate of about 75%.
